Property Contract Review — 0.5% of the purchase price, minimum €500. 5 business days, counted once I hold the title documents you supply and the steps below are complete.
Purchase Completion — 0.5% of the purchase price for each element you instruct me on, minimum €500 each. No delivery date, because completion depends on third parties. I report to you at each milestone.
Payment — bank transfer only. The Advisory Call is paid in full when you book. Everything else is paid half when you accept the engagement letter and half on delivery. No VAT.
Turnaround is counted in business days. Where a service has a delivery date, it is written into the engagement letter before you pay anything. See full scope, exclusions and terms.
How it works
1. Tell me what you need. Describe the matter in general terms. No documents and no payment.
2. Get a yes or a no. I check for conflicts. Within one business day you get an engagement letter with the fee and, where the service has one, the delivery date. Or a plain no.
3. Start the clock. Sign the letter, send your identification documents and pay the first half by bank transfer. The clock starts when all three reach me.
4. Receive the work. You pay the second half on delivery. Where the service has a delivery date, I deliver by it. If I am going to miss it, you hear that from me before the date, and you choose: a new date, or everything you have paid back.
Who you are actually hiring
I am Charalampos Dimitriou, a registered practising advocate in Cyprus. This is a one-person practice. I handle every matter myself, from start to finish. Nothing is outsourced or passed to a paralegal. I work in English and Greek.
I came to contract work through criminal defence and courtroom litigation, where I watched badly drafted agreements fall apart once they were tested. I draft with that in mind: for the day the relationship goes wrong, not just the day it is signed.
